Guarantee

Each of our designs is meticulously handcrafted. However, we shall replace any individual piece or set within three (3) months of its receipt by you.

As with all fine Jewellery, normal wear does not include swimming, bathing, housework, sports, strenuous activity, being chewed on or run over or stomped on, chemicals, and other such things that are unsuitable for fine jewellery. There are very specific reasons these things are unsuitable for all fine jewellery. If your jewellery does get damaged in the course of "abnormal" wear such as chewing, sports or other "abnormal" things, I'll be glad to fix or replace it at the most reasonable price I can.

Caring for your handmade jewellery is as easy as caring for any other fine jewellery. You can use a light polishing with a antitarnish polishing cloth, or have your jewellery cleaned by a professional. There are, however, many other methods for cleaning jewellery. Please be sure that your components in the jewellery can withstand whichever method you choose. All fine jewellery should not be subjected to strenuous activities of any kind. Caring for your jewellery properly will help it last for a lifetime of wear.

Keep jewellery away from scratching, banging, chemicals of all kinds, swimming pools, hot tubs, extreme temps, strenuous activity, and intense sunlight. The chlorine and bromine in pools and hot tubs is particularly damaging to stones and metal, and will even damage solid gold. Wipe your jewellery off with a soft polishing cloth after you wear it. Clean it regularly and it will last a lifetime.

Some tips on caring for your Jewellery;

  • Protect all jewellery from scratches, sharp blows, chemicals, extreme temperatures, and sunlight.
  • After each wearing, gently wipe each piece of jewellery clean of make up and skin oils with a 100% cotton cloth.
  • Store jewellery separately so it doesn't scratch other jewellery.
  • Remove jewellery when doing household or handyman tasks such a gardening, cleaning and household repairs or other strenuous activities.
  • Apply makeup, perfume and hairspray before putting on your jewellery. Makeup and hairspray contain chemicals that may affect your jewellery.
  • Do not wear jewellery while in a swimming pool or hot tub or bathing. The chlorine in the water can damage various gemstones and metals including gold.
  • Do not store jewellery next to heating vent, window sill, or in the car.
  • Store jewellery away from sunlight. The sun may fade some gemstones.
  • Always store bead necklaces strung on silk (such as lapis, pearls, etc) flat because silk stretches over time.
  • Store jewellery in resealable plastic or jewellery bags with anti-tarnish paper to retard tarnish. Jewellery with pearls or opals, as well as some other stones, will need to be stored in fabric instead of plastic as they need to "breathe."

Out of stock components and variations: It should be noted that, due to the distinctive individual hand crafted nature of the product, slight variations may occur in comparison to the sample you have seen.  We take every care to ensure the exactness of each item but can not guarantee this to perfection.
